This 21" short sword is part of our Ancient range. The weapon is based on designs used in the ancient world.
 
The foam of this weapon is covered with a protective latex layer and finish by authentic color shadings giving them the appearance of the real weapons used in Medieval times. The blade has a capped core to prevent tearing, splitting, punch-through of the foam and making them last longer for LARP use. It is constructed with the join in the middle of the blade rather than on the striking surface to minimise the risk of spliting.
